Doing things you say you don’t
Only to betray
Until you look upon yourself
Before that fateful day
Lest all you know and all you hear
Expect to walk away
Some tell you that it’s all okay
That you can act this way
Alas I pity what you are
No need for me to say
Don’t look at me in disbelief
At times when you feel gray
Remember always what you did
Don’t expect this save today
