Because my fucking room isn’t big enough… Actually, my room is just fine. I am just being my typical me: Making things more difficult than they ought to be. :p I was using my computer and laptops the other day for work, and I came to the conclusion that my desk is no longer sufficient. So, I am actively looking for a better desk, but as picky as I am, I am certain that it will take a long while before I find it. In the mean time, however, I decided that I would just get a little cheap-o desk to put next to the one I already have and make a sort-of makeshift “L-Desk.” In my mind, this seemed like a great idea. Well, I bought the little desk today as I finally found one that was close enough to the same wood color and grain to the one I already have to be acceptable. Well, at 11:30, I decide that I am going to go ahead and build it, I mean come one… how long can it take, really, to build this cheap desk?! Well, as I predicted, it didn’t take long. I had it together before 12:00 and I just thought that I can slide it in place real quick and call it a night. Well, that didn’t happen. The desk looked SO much smaller on the box. :p I get it in and it doesn’t fit at all!!! I moved my bed a little further away, but that really wasn’t enough… I tried several configurations, but all looked utterly retarded, to be honest. So, I think that I am going to do just as I should have done and wait til my day off, Saturday, and fix it then. I think a little re-arrangement of my bedroom furniture is in order, but I am certainly not going to do that tonight! Anywho, I just wanted to vent about that…

I have not yet decided what I am going to do with her current machine. I may give it to Eric’s mom. IDK. Anywho… after I showed her the PC and all, we headed out to my sister’s house for what will likely be the last time we will ever gather at that house. They are selling it and moving on to a much nicer brand new house. We grilled out and stuff, then we shot off some fireworks. It was fun.
We did shoot our fireworks, though, and that went really well. We had 5 different canisters going at one time and we had some REALLY NICE looking stuff going up. It was great. I really like shooting off fireworks, but David got burned a little on his hand, and I burned my arm. I guess that is the risk you assume by doing that sort of thing, but if you ask me, it is well worth it. Poor Randy kept falling, though. I should buy him a helmet. (I know you read this, Randy. I am kidding around. U know I love you, and I will always be there to pick you up!)
